it's not easy doing math on the fly in a damn zoo...

i don't know what makes the grocery store a fucking zoo at 2 in the afternoon on a Friday in October. is it the possibility of fucking snow in the air tomorrow night? is it the rush to get shit done before high school football? is it the need to buy lottery tickets? ok, i do understand that one. if the line wouldn't have been 15 fucking people deep at the time, i probably would have got some tickets as well. anyways, i was able to get everything on the list and keep it under $100. mom was fucking shocked.

a little poetry update. i did send out 23 poems this morning. 3 to Red Eft Review (already heard back, 1 accepted for publication) and 5 each to Horror Sleaze Trash, Academy Of The Heart And Mind, Fourth & Sycamore and North of Oxford. when i hear back from these places, i will pass along the verdicts.

i did watch plenty of LeBron's first game for the Lakers last night. now, as a Sacramento Kings fan, to watch the Lakers lose was delicious to see. but, i am also a LeBron fan and i am fascinated to see the circus this season with him on the Lakers. let's just say, he didn't disappoint last night.

Vice News Tonight had another great week of shows.

The Big Bang Theory was pretty funny last night.

Young Sheldon was very funny last night.

Will & Grace was fucking hilarious last night. i swear the show is just as good as it was back in the day.

enjoy some music:

and now some of this and that:

on the DVR tonight will be NJPW, Real Time with Bill Maher and Pod Save America.

i'll probably watch some hockey at some point tonight as well.

i will be on here tomorrow after Manchester United plays at Chelsea in the morning.

i'm not expecting to be in a good mood.

i hope everyone has a great weekend.

Un día, la musa se dará cuenta de lo mucho que la amo.

be well. be creative. be cool. be quick to send me CASH, panties, hate mail, love letters, broken promises and dirty pennies from heaven.

peace and chicken grease...

it's almost like having a job...

i think i started working on the poems today a little before 10 AM. my arthritis was raging for most of today so this was a fucking battle of attrition. i sent the last poems out around 3:30 this afternoon. i swear, my hands are going to look like my grandmother's hands looked like when she was in her late 70's. but, i'm still able to find the pleasure in the pain, so i'm not complaining.

i sent out 38 poems today. 3 to Red Eft Review, 5 each to Fourth and Sycamore, Misfit Magazine, Ariel Chart, The Dope Fiend Daily (already responded) and Synchronized Chaos (already responded). i sent 10 poems to Dodging the Rain. when i hear back from these places, i will pass along the verdicts.

the New York Yankees got exactly what they needed last night. Lance Lynn at one point retired 19 batters in a row and the offense finally showed signs of life. the Yankees defeated the White Sox 7-0. hopefully, there will be more of that tonight.

Monday Night Raw was good last night. a little too much Roman Reigns for my liking, but oh well.

part 2 of Rest in Power: The Trayvon Martin Story was very powerful last night and it reminded me just why i hate Fox News. the show brilliantly showed how Fox was sympathetic until President Obama said something and then it was all about Zimmerman being a victim on their channel. of course, i blame the stupid fucks that watch the channel just as much as the assholes on it.

enjoy some music:

and now some of this and that:

on the DVR tonight will be Vice News Tonight, Smackdown, The Jim Jefferies Show, Deadliest Catch, Fuck That's Delicious, Miz and Mrs. and Hard Knocks. i'll watch 205 Live sometime tonight on WWE Network.

i've already got the trash done, so i think my massage chair is calling me.

i will probably be on here sometime in the afternoon tomorrow.

podría ser hora de beber un poco de ginebra esta noche
