that's more like it boys...

i don't think Game 3 could have gone much better for the New York Yankees even if they were dreaming. they got 6 shutout innings from CC, 3 run homers from Todd Frazier and Aaron Judge, and two spectacular catches from Judge as well. the only negative last night was Betances has fucking lost all his confidence in the bullpen. thankfully, only 1 run came out of that fucking mess in the 9th. the Yankees won last night 8-1. they will have a chance to even the series at 2 games apiece this afternoon.

Monday Night Raw was very good at times last night and really boring in others. it's obvious The Shield reunion is in the forefront right now. but at times, it certainly overshadowed the rest of the show. i truly didn't expect Kane coming up from the ring near the end of the cage match between Roman Reigns and Braun Strowman. that 3 on 5 TLC match this Sunday should be rather interesting.

The Big Bang Theory was very funny last night.

i thought The Voice was very good last night. when the battle rounds start, the show really gets good.

the New York Rangers play at home tonight against Pittsburgh. i'm probably going to avoid watching the game as much as possible as i really can't stand how the Rangers are playing these days.

i did get a copy of my friend and (hopefully) future ex-wife Karina Bush's new book, 50 EURO, in the mail today. i will try to get a review posted for that in the next few days.

my blood results all came back good. my A1C seems to be under control, so i'm pretty damn happy about that. i still haven't heard about my x-rays though.

a nice way to start the weekend

well, the experts were right for a change. it did get cold last night. i think it got down to the upper 20's here. there is another freeze warning for tonight. and of course, it's going to be back in the 70's by Wednesday. fucking figures. this whole damn state just stays sick the weather changes so damn much.

i do believe the birds were happy with me this morning. i filled up all the bird feeders. before i got back in the house they were all over them.

Manchester United played much better than i was expecting today. once they scored it was like they knew the importance of stepping on the throat and going for the kill. it was beautiful to watch. a 3-0 win was the perfect response to their last loss.

The Knick last night was excellent. looks like it is going to be another amazing season. NJPW was excellent as well. Undateable had me laughing my ass off for the entire half hour:

i believe my sister is supposed to come down here today. i think this will be her last weekend here before she goes on her trip to South Africa.
