i actually got some sleep in my own bed last night. it was only two hours, but that is the most i have had in my bed in weeks. i got 3 hours in my massage chair, so i at least felt like i was with it today. of course, my arthritis decided i was going to have to pay for that.
Vice News Tonight had two really good episodes this week.
both episodes of The Captain last night were good. next week is the finale.

the Yankees play tonight in St. Louis. hopefully, they can get back to winning again.
i did watch a little of the Arsenal vs. Crystal Palace match today as the Premier League started back up. Manchester United plays on Sunday.
i need to do some writing either tonight or tomorrow morning. like really knock out a good 5 to 10 poems. i believe someone i'm not supposed to talk about is coming down here tomorrow. so, i'll be in my room anyway.
i hope everyone has a great weekend. i'm hoping it won't be fucking stormy here all weekend.
