so, i thought i was being optimistic thinking Manchester United could get a draw yesterday against Liverpool. it was one of the rare occasions in my life where i was so fucking happy to be wrong. United played on the front foot from the start and were absolutely the more aggressive team. where the fuck has this been this season? now, full credit to ETH for dropping CR7 and Harry Maguire. the team looked way better without them. goals from Sancho and Rashford. United beat Liverpool, 2-1. that was the first time United has beat them in 4 1/2 years. hopefully, this game will serve as the moment Manchester United became Manchester United again.
the Yankees beat the Mets last night, 4-2. that was the first time the Yankees have won two games in a row in almost a month. hopefully, they will win again tonight.
