so, i guess CBD oil doesn't really work on nerve pain...

if i had to guess, i think the pinched nerve is either in my right shoulder or right elbow. most likely, somewhere between the two. while i'm typing, or pushing a grocery cart, my right arm has a tendency to start radiating pain. good times.

yet another night of shitty sleep. i was really hoping the CBD oil was going to help me get some more sleep. i went to bed at 3 AM and first saw the clock at 5 AM. joy. i eventually got out of bed a little after 8 AM.

the grocery store wasn't very crowded today, thank god. i was able to get all the shopping done and be home before 3 PM. of course, going to 3 different stores and getting gas and pills, i believe i kept everything under $175.

Holey Moley was hilarious last night.

Big Brother went as i expected last night. Nick is the new HOH. i was hoping someone from the other side of the house was going to win. i do love that Michie at least voted differently, hopefully that stirs some shit up.

Baskets was excellent last night.

Desus & Mero was great last night.

the New York Yankees start a series tonight at home against Toronto. hopefully they start the march to the playoffs with a victory.

i will probably be on here in the morning tomorrow. i know i want to get the blog done before the clusterfuck of sports begins. AEW, Evolve and NJPW all have shows on tomorrow. Manchester United is starting their pre-season with a match in Australia. and with the Yankees game beginning at 1 in the afternoon tomorrow, morning is probably my only option of when to write the blog.

i hope everyone has a wonderful weekend. we're supposed to get some rain this weekend and then the remnants of Barry will be making a visit to Ohio shortly after that.
