the documentary i was watching was Bright Lights: Starring Carrie Fisher and Debbie Reynolds. it was hilarious as much as it was somewhat sad. but, after watching it, it almost seems fitting that they died only 24 hours apart. they were kindred spirits. i highly recommend checking the documentary out.
the MTV Live Setlist performance from St. Paul & The Broken Bones was phenomenal. i hope the whole world one day understands how fucking great this band truly is.
ROH was excellent last night.
i couldn't sleep for shit last night. the scar tissue in my left foot was fucking with me the entire night. and then my mother told me this morning that my uncle is now in hospice. so, i figure that had something to do with it as well. at least i know he's going to die in a very humane way. i have no clue if my mom wants to go see him there or not. hopefully he's not in the same room my stepfather died in.
enjoy some music:
and now some of this and that:
on the DVR tonight will be The Affair. i'll probably spend most of the evening watching The Golden Globes.
this afternoon, since i have already ventured outside to get the paper, i will be watching some football and maybe doing a little writing,
it's not as cold today as it has been the last couple days. amazingly, 2 days from now it's supposed to be 40 degrees warmer. typical Ohio.
i hope everyone had a great Saturday. hopefully your Sunday will be even better.
be well. be creative. be cool. be quick to send me CASH, panties, hate mail, love letters, broken promises and dirty pennies from heaven.
peace and chicken grease...
