welcome to October...

so, i didn't fall asleep last night until 5 this morning, so i'm a little behind on everything today. that's the joy of doing the dishes at 2 in the morning and then taking a shower at 3:30.

Smackdown and NXT Level Up were both pretty good last night.

AEW Rampage was excellent last night.

Real Time with Bill Maher was hilarious last night.

Los Espookys was very funny last night.

the New York Rangers won last night at the Devils, 2-1.

the Yankees lost to Baltimore last night, 2-1. Judge went 1 for 2 last night, with two walks. he is one point behind on batting average for the triple crown.

a decent night of sleep and then...

i was hoping the New Orleans Saints were going to play well in London today. the first half against the Dolphins was fucking awful. so many fucking penalties that it was unwatchable at times. the Saints were up at the half 3-0. thankfully, the Saints completely dominated the second half and won the game 20-0. that's the first shutout for the Saints in 5 years. they are also just the third team since 1933 to have no turnovers in their first 4 games. the Saints are on a bye week next week, so hopefully they can get healthier and keep the winning going.

the New York Yankees won 2-1 yesterday. sadly, Boston won as well, so the division race is over. the Yankees will face the Twins in the wild card game on Tuesday. the meaningless game to finish the season is this afternoon. it would be nice to see the Yankees finish the season with a sweep of Toronto.

Ohio State whipped Rutgers last night 56-0. that's the second straight year they have shut them out. Ohio State returns home next week to take on an improved Maryland team.

ROH was very good last night.

Saturday Night Live was fucking hilarious last night.

Felipe Esparza: Translate This was fucking great last night. i am so happy i took a chance on a comic i hadn't heard of before.

it's supposed to be a really nice out today, so i think i'll probably feed the birds here in a bit.

i hope everyone had a great Saturday. hopefully your Sunday is even better.
