no good deed goes unpunished...

so i went next door to do the trash yesterday and my aunt said to leave the garage door open when i left. no problem i told her as i handed her her mail. i walked back out to the garage and there was the cousin that molested me getting out of her SUV. well, hello, how are you doing? i swear if she would have tried to touch me i would be asking to write this from jail today. i kind of just mumbled some bullshit and she went into the house. i tried to get finished as quickly as i could. it's this kind of shit that will make sure i hate life until i am finished with it.

a little poetry news to pass on. i heard back from Easy Street on my poetry submission from a few weeks ago. they decided to pass. i just love the first email i open up in the morning being a rejection letter. kind of just tells you to buckle up asshole, it's going to be a bumpy one. so, i'm going to take those 5 that were rejected and 3 others and add them to the submission pile for tomorrow (hopefully).

the New York Yankees scored early and often last night, defeating the Tigers 13-4. Gary Sanchez had a monster night and for the first time in 37 games, Aaron Judge didn't have a strikeout. hopefully they can get another win tonight.

Smackdown was pretty good last night. i love that Bobby Roode is now on the show. and i can't wait to see what happens with Shelton Benjamin finally being back in WWE. i think it's pretty obvious they are going to have a Shane McMahon vs. Kevin Owens match sometime soon. i think they missed the boat though by not putting Sami Zayn and Kevin back together. that could have been amazing.

205 Live was pretty good last night as well. i can't wait to see Neville beat the shit out of Enzo on a weekly basis.

Hard Knocks was good last night. it was a short episode, which tells me that Tampa is full of boring ass guys.

Deadliest Catch was sad as fuck last night. i don't think any reality show has dealt with death better than this one.

enjoy some music:

and now some of this and that:

on the DVR tonight will be Vice News Tonight, Big Brother, Mr. Mercedes, Snowfall and Lucha Underground. i'll watch NXT sometime tonight on WWE Network.

i had to take mom to get some blood work done today for her upcoming cataract surgeries. after that, she wanted to go out to lunch. we went to this sports bar that she likes that we used to go to all the time before she had her hip replaced. lunch was pretty good but i think all of it was a little much for mom. i'm hoping she will start to feel much better once she can actually see again.

i'm really interested to see what group Manchester United is going to end up in tomorrow in the Champions League draw. all i'm hoping for is close games so they don't have a ton of travel and avoid the group of death. please.

the heating and air guy was out here today. everything looks good with the air conditioner. pretty soon, it will be fucking winter i suppose.

i guess school started back up here today. i guess i will have to start driving the speed limit in town again.

i might have the artsy fartsy juices flowing again. i have stacks of magazines and poster boards and scissors. what could possibly happen?

i'll be on here sometime in the afternoon most likely. hopefully i will get the poems out in the morning.

be well. be creative. be cool. be quick to send me CASH, panties, hate mail, love letters, broken promises and dirty pennies from heaven.

peace and chicken grease...

happy birthday to death

my father would have been 71 today. i think we're both happy that he's dead.

i have fallen back into the rut of not falling asleep until 3 or 4 in the morning again. it's not much fun when you have to be up just a few hours later. good times.

the New York Yankees got some great starting pitching last night and just enough offense to defeat the Reds 4-2. they will go for the sweep this afternoon. they are only 1 game out of first place in the division now.

Smackdown was really good last night. Chris Jericho showing up to make a triple threat match with AJ Styles and Kevin Owens was a nice touch. AJ won back the US Title by defeating Jericho. the look on KO's face was priceless. and the match next week between John Cena and Shinsuke Nakamura should be amazing. how the show could be this good and the ppv Sunday was awful is beyond me.

The Jim Jefferies Show was fucking hilarious last night.

Tom Morello was the guest on last night's episode of Fear(less) with Tim Ferriss. Tom is one of my favorite humans and the interview really made me think just how much Rage Against the Machine shaped my teenage mind. next week Bill Burr is on the show.

on the DVR tonight will be Vice News Tonight, Big Brother, Lucha Underground and Snowfall. i'll watch NXT sometime tonight on WWE Network.

Manchester United finishes up the USA portion of their preseason tonight against Barcelona. it would be nice to see them go undefeated while in the states.

that match will go right into the Gold Cup final between the USA and Jamaica. i'm really hoping the boys aren't thinking just because it's not Mexico against them in the final, it's going to be easy. i'm hoping they are thinking about how Jamaica knocked them out of the last Gold Cup. time for some fucking revenge.

hopefully i will be nice and drunk by late tonight, off to slip into a coma.

that's all for me kids. hope you have a great day.
