and now the rain...

 it finally rained today. of course, it was really coming down while my mother was in her physical therapy appointment. not exactly fun driving home while arthritis is raging like a motherfucker. oh well. i did get 3 poems written while i was in the waiting room. i typed those up this afternoon. i should be sending some poems out this weekend most likely.


the New York Rangers lost last night at the Devils, 5-2. they play tonight at home against Boston.




AEW Dynamite was really good last night.










American Horror Story was great last night.



The Masked Singer was crazy as usual last night.

i might watch some of the NFL game between Chicago and Washington tonight.

welcome to June...

 it was pretty damn hot once again today. i did make it to the bank to deposit my check. but honestly, i have spent most of the day inside in the air conditioning. i was hoping they would have got all the trash picked up by now. they haven't. great.


the New York Yankees lost last night at Seattle, 1-0, in 10 innings. they still won the series, but i would have loved a sweep. they are off tonight and start a series tomorrow at the Dodgers.






AEW Dynamite was very good last night.



Mayans M.C. was excellent last night.

Game 1 of the NBA Finals start tonight. Miami at Denver. i'm sure i will watch some of that tonight.

happy cinco de mayo or...

 happy the day i put my asshole father in the ground. you can imagine which one i think of on this day.


mom didn't go to physical therapy today. she wasn't feeling well so i had to call and cancel for her. thankfully, the weather got much better today. i'm hoping it stays around for the weekend.


the Orkin guy was out here early this morning. apparently, the ant problem is way bigger than he was thinking it was. he put out more shit to kill them, so hopefully, it will be solved in 5 days. i'm not counting on it.

the New York Yankees play tonight down at that dump in Tampa. of course, Tampa has the best record in the MLB, so i'm not looking forward to this series.


i'm sure i will watch some of the NBA and NHL playoffs tonight.


with so much going on tomorrow (playoffs, Kentucky Derby, wrestling in Puerto Rico, etc.) i am going to try to get the blog done in the morning. on top of everything else, i am going to try to go to Menards if the weather is decent tomorrow.
