there was 9 tornadoes around me last night. a few to the north, a bunch more to the south. needless to say, i missed some shows last night because of the storm coverage. but, all in all, i was pleased that we missed out on most of the holy shit weather. just some thunder and lightning and some rain.
the New York Rangers won last night at home over Carolina, 4-3, in 2 OT. the Rangers are now up 2-0 in the series. Game 3 will be on the road tomorrow night.

i did a little poetry work last night. hell, i was up until 5 this morning. i have a pretty good idea where i'll be sending poems to in the next few days.
grocery shopping went pretty good today. i got the senior discount at Kroger. i love that at 48, i can easily pass as someone in my late 50's or early 60's. helps that the playoff beard is mostly gray now.
i have no damn clue when i will be on here tomorrow.
