the Dayton Flyers lost last night at VCU, 76-71. yet another game where Dayton had a lead late and pissed it away. the lack of urgency this team plays with in crunch time or crucial situations on the road baffles me. especially when it is the upperclassmen that are fucking up. that being said, losing at VCU isn't a horrible loss. if they lose the next game at Saint Bonaventure, then Dayton will be swimming upstream the rest of the season in regards to getting into the tournament.

after i got my laundry done yesterday, i took mom to the drugstore. she needed a few things and i wanted her to get out of the house, even for just a few minutes, before this shitty weather hits this weekend. thankfully, we found everything we were looking for.
