 i turned off the Manchester United game this morning against Brighton when United got down 2-0. they ended up losing 3-1. joy.

i did hear from a friend this morning that i hadn't heard from in months. i guess i can stop checking for her obituary now.

the Yankees won last night at Pittsburgh, 7-5. they play again tonight.

WWE Smackdown and NXT Level Up were both really good last night.

AEW Rampage was good last night.

my $1 to win $7,000 bet is already fucked. Atletico Madrid lost this morning, so that blows that up. oh well. i still have a college football bet that is $1 to win $89, so i will have that to root for today.

Ohio State plays at home against Western Kentucky this afternoon. i'd love to see a blowout.

i'm sure i will watch plenty of college football today.

i will probably be on here in the morning tomorrow, before the NFL games start.

a day of pain...

 it has been one of those days where the phone wakes you up and the pain starts and never quite goes away. i did ice my back for a few hours in my chair, but the spine never froze like i wanted it to. i'm sure there's a pill for this, but it is most likely out of my price range. good times.

the New York Yankees won last night over the Phillies, 8-1. hopefully, they will win again tonight.

UCONN won the national championship last night, 76-59, over San Diego State. i did win the few bets i put on the game, so that was a positive for a change.

i usually love the Monday Night Raw after WrestleMania because it is usually full of surprises, etc. well, last night it wasn't that at all. and i started seeing the reports as to why. Vince McMahon couldn't keep his fucking hands off of it anymore and of course, inserted himself back into creative and royally fucked up everything. great.

The Voice was very good last night. i believe tonight is the last night of the battles.
