it's easy to sink into the rabbit hole...

today was one of those days where depression saddled right up to me and whispered into my ear. and as much as i tried to fight the temptation, i always give in. it's always interesting when you're in a store and you are looking for baseball cards while dreaming of your own death. good times. i didn't find any cards today. not surprising, not helpful either.

Manchester United lost yesterday 3-2 to Roma but advanced to the Europa League final on a 8-5 aggregate. they will face Villarreal in the final.

the Yankees pissed away the lead yesterday and lost to the fucking Astros, 7-4. they start a series with the Nationals tonight.

the Rangers looked like they wanted the season to be over already last night. they lost to Boston 4-0. i expect the same shit when they play tomorrow as well.

Vice News Tonight had another great week of shows.

NXT UK was really good last night.

Young Sheldon was pretty good last night. the season finale is next week.

B Positive was good last night. their season finale is next week as well.

Clarice was excellent last night.

The United States of Al was pretty good last night.

Dark Side of the Ring was all about Brian Pillman last night.

enjoy some music:

and now some of this and that:

on the DVR tonight will be Smackdown, Real Time with Bill Maher and A Black Lady Sketch Show. i'll watch 205 Live sometime tonight on Peacock.

i think my sister is coming down sometime tomorrow for the weekend.

i vacuumed the house this afternoon. i'm not sure how i do this shit with my back in as much pain as it is. i'm running out of mental tricks to control it anymore.

at some point tonight i'll go through my poems and see where i'm sending the next round. there are some places that i haven't sent to in a long time that i know i need to.

i hope everyone has a great weekend.

i should be on here sometime in the morning tomorrow i guess.

that's all for me kids.

until tomorrow...

the more things change...

mom decided she didn't want to go to the farm auction last night. i think she was scared that the stepsons that haven't had anything to do with her for a decade or so now were going to show up and start trouble. that made me laugh. i wonder why i always think the negative first when it comes to any situation. when the auction guy came to the new house after the auction, he gave mom the news. come my mother's 62nd birthday, she will more or less be debt free. i won't give the amount of the final bid, but let's just say the farm sold for a very good price. the only thing the buyer asked was what we were going to do with the cats. i told the guy that i wasn't going to feed them anymore. sort of sad, considering there was 2 new kittens yesterday when i fed them. so, if anyone in the area wants some cats, feel free to contact me and i'll point you in the right direction. i guess we're going to do a small auction at the farm for the lawn tractor, my truck, the old jukebox, pinball machine, etc, etc. i'll be thrilled if i can get anything for that truck. thankfully, there's a more than likely chance i'll end up with a vehicle at least made in this century. good times.

that was just about where the good news for me ended yesterday.

the New York Rangers lost 2-1 to fall behind 3-1 in their series with Washington. that makes 11 straight 1 goal games in the playoffs. truly fucking ridiculous. they are now in the same situation they were in last season. i highly doubt anyone's mother is going to die this season, so they are going to have to find some other motivation. it's truly pointless because they have forgot one of the basic principles of playoff hockey. will always beats skill. the Rangers simply aren't willing to pay the price right now. and if that doesn't change rather quickly, this will be 1992 all over again.

the New York Yankees lost 5-1 last night to a pitcher that hadn't beat them in 11 years. one of those nights i guess. they are back at home tonight to start a series with Baltimore.

thankfully, the pro wrestling was great last night.

NXT is truly one of the best wrestling shows around. it's worth getting the WWE Network just for it alone. here's some highlights from last night:

Lucha Underground was excellent last night. and i finally found the place to get my Lucha Underground shirt as well. here's the highlights from last night:

i think the bone spurs in my right ankle are now creeping into my heel. truly fucking wonderful.

at least the A/C is helping me sleep a little better at night.

i wrote a poem yesterday. just a quick one that i typed up today. not sure when i will send it out.

talked to a guy that works at the post office today. i guess our mail forwarding request finally got worked through the system yesterday. so, hopefully all the mail will start ending up at the new house.

here's a little laughter break from last night:

and now a music break as i go take a piss:

come on, you know you enjoyed that visual.

mom and i are going to the grocery store once she gets done with her calls for the day. i told her we probably should go today since my sister is coming down tomorrow night. we don't really have much in the house at the moment.

tonight i'll be watching the season finale of The Big Bang Theory, The Comedians, Louie, and Lip Sync Battle. hopefully, it will be a night of laughs.

i hope everyone is doing good. the weather is still way too warm for this time of year. of course, if i could tan and weighed 100 lbs. less, i'd love this fucking weather. i don't even get that lucky in my dreams. oh well, until we meet again...

be well, be creative, be cool, be quick to send me CASH, panties, hate mail, love letters, broken promises and dirty pennies from heaven.

peace and chicken grease...
