before the storms start up again...

i have been up since 6:45 this morning. Orkin had said they were going to be here at 7. they got here at 9. i could have used that extra sleep, oh well. it was fucking raining most of the morning. they got out all the old squirrel infested insulation and put down a treatment and then the new insulation. in the midst of that, the sun came out and that will be the fuel for the storms tonight. joy. Orkin is all done for now. when they get the guards for the gutters in, they will come out and do those. now, i just hope i don't get any fucking roof damage from the storms tonight. when it is at a near 80% chance for a tornado, you have my attention.

here are your videos for this day of national poetry month:

the New York Yankees won last night at Arizona, 5-2. they are 5-0 to start the season. hopefully, they will win again tonight.

the New York Rangers lost last night at home to Pittsburgh, 5-2.

The Voice last night was a best of, so i had no need to watch that.

Monday Night Raw was really good last night. last Raw before WrestleMania, it is going to be one of those great weeks for wrestling fans.

and now some of this and that:

on the DVR tonight will be (weather permitting) NXT, Shogun and Dark Side of the Ring.

i need to figure out what i'm making for dinner tonight. also, i need to get the trash picked up and hopefully, there will be a time when the storms pass and i can actually get the trash down to the curb.

i should be on here tomorrow after i get the grocery shopping done.
