so the brakes on the Highlander still work

 so i had an interesting Earth Day. on my way to Menards, two deer ran out in front of me. now, they were coming out of a cemetery, so that will obviously be a poem one day. the one went pretty fast across, the other, not so much. the speed limit on the road is 45 MPH. i was probably going 50 or so. i could see the fear in the eyes of the deer as i was hitting the brakes. there was no car in the other lane. so yeah, i probably missed it by a foot or so. my heart rate didn't get too bad, but i do believe my asshole might have puckered. what a time to be alive.

so, i got a ton of shit at Menards. i think the birds will definitely be happy. and i got some better stuff for the tomatoes this year than we had last year. between gas and all the stuff i got at Menards, i believe it was all under $160. and that's with getting plenty of shit on discount. joy.

Vice News Tonight had two really good episodes this week.

the Yankees lost yesterday at Detroit, 3-0. they start a series tonight at home against Cleveland.

the New York Rangers defeated the Islanders last night, 6-3. 

i did see the news today that Guy Lafleur passed away. i do remember his one season with the Rangers. gone way too soon.

Young Sheldon was very good last night.

United States of Al was pretty funny last night.

How We Roll was good last night.

Atlanta was fucking brilliant last night.

NJPW was excellent last night.

NXT UK was really good yesterday.
