i guess 2023 is going out with no sunshine...

 today is the third fucking day in a row without any sunshine. i mean, i know i am someone that can turn a dreary day into some poems and shit, but the last thing i fucking want is the dreariness to never end. fuck me.

i did watch plenty of the Browns vs. Jets last night. i actually made some money on the game for a change.

the USA defeated Czechia today at the World Juniors, 4-3, in a shootout. they play Slovakia Sunday morning.

the New York Rangers play tonight at Florida.

Ohio State plays Missouri tonight in the Cotton Bowl. i'm not sure what to expect from this game, given all the changes that have happened already.

i will probably be on here tomorrow before Manchester United plays at Nottingham Forest.

up too early...

 when you get to bed sometime after 4 AM, i can't imagine being happy with being up at 8. and sure enough, there i was, waking up a little after 8 and unable to fall back asleep. here's why i hate getting 5 or 6 hours of sleep. the next night, it never fails, i'll get less than 4. consistent fucking sleep is all i really need right now. and i know there is little fucking chance of that happening. joy.

i did do some poetry work last night. i know where my next 23 poems will be going to. that will likely happen sometime tomorrow.
