 i sent out 5 poems tonight to Synchronized Chaos. when i hear back from Cristina on the submission, i will pass along the verdict.

 i sent out 11 poems this morning, 5 to Synchronized Chaos and 3 each to The Beatnik Cowboy and Cajun Mutt Press. i will pass along the verdicts when i hear back from these places.

i heard back from Dai at Your One Phone Call on my poetry submission from yesterday. my poems "be careful what you teach your children", "an odd looking smile", "something greater than", "a body to die for" and "we are learning from the mistakes of others" have been accepted for publication. these poems are scheduled to appear on Oct. 8th, Oct. 22nd, Nov. 5th, Nov. 19th and Dec. 3rd.

response from 48th Street Press part 2

i heard back from Chris at 48th Street Press on my second poetry submission for the broadside project. my poems "your pot of gold" and "a glorified retirement community" have been accepted for publication. he decided to go with those two poems over the one he previously accepted. look for the broadsides sometime this summer.
