just a tornado warning...

i had to laugh. as soon as the Rangers lost today, it felt like it started to rain. and now, it's starting up again, with some thunderstorms and an apparent tornado warning. the beauty about not being afraid to die is you can live like nothing is going on. so, i have a blog to do. away we go...

the Rangers lost to Carolina today, 3-2. considering the winning goal was put into the Rangers net by a guy who plays for the Rangers, this one stung a bit. and it really sucks when you lose your best defensive forward a minute into the game on a hit from his former teammate. hopefully, they will play better and dictate the tempo more in Game 2.

the fucking reason i went to Meijer yesterday was to get coffee. so you can guess what i fucking forgot to get yesterday at Meijer. apparently, i'm at the stage of life where if i don't write it down, i'm going to forget it. i am old. fuck.

i went there after the game was over. it started to rain as i was leaving the parking lot. joy.

the Yankees won last night over the Red Sox, 5-1. hopefully, they will do the same tonight.

Smackdown was really good last night, for a change. as was 205 Live.

Room 104 was weird and really good last night.

Real Time with Bill Maher was hilarious last night.

The Go-Go's documentary last night was good. it was sort of like reliving my childhood.

i'm saving Ex Machina for one of those days when there is nothing on. i've been waiting to see this movie for years now.

enjoy some music:

and now some of this and that:

on the DVR tonight will be Jojo Rabbit, ROH and Seeing America with Megan Rapinoe.

Orlando had a huge upset last night over LAFC in the MLS tournament. there are two games tonight, San Jose vs. Minnesota and NYCFC vs. Portland. i'll probably watch a bit of both.

i was pretty pleased with the burgers i made last night. i think they might have been a little too big, but they were cooked about as well as i can do on the stove. i have no clue what mom wants me to make tonight. the order she made at Omaha Steaks arrived before it started raining today. so, the freezer is fully stocked again.

thanks to everyone that has checked out my poems recently published. i really appreciate it.

i have no damn clue when i will be on here tomorrow. i know the Yankees play Sunday night, so i imagine it will be sometime before then.

i hope everyone has a great Saturday. it's raining cats and dogs here now. i can feel my back tightening with each drop. joy.

until tomorrow kids...

holy shit, where did the humidity go?...

it was nice enough today to actually open up the house a bit and let it air out some. of course, by the afternoon it was 77 degrees in the house, so i shut it up and turned the air back on.

i did go out shopping today. i found everything i was looking for at Meijer. i also got some baseball cards while i was there. i think between the Aaron Judge card and Mike Trout card i got, i should be able to make up for what i spent on the 3 packs.

speaking of Aaron Judge, the Yankees pissed away a 5 run lead last night. thankfully, Aaron Judge hit a massive 3 run homer in the top of the 9th. the Yankees won 8-6. they finally play their home opener tonight against the Red Sox.

i did watch some of the NBA last night. as i told my mother years ago, and full credit to Bill Simmons as he is totally fucking correct, all you ever need to do is watch the last 5 minutes of a NBA game. that's where all the action will be.

Vice News Tonight had another great week of shows.

Holey Moley was hilarious last night.

Don't was pretty good last night.

NXT UK was another best of last night.

Desus & Mero was fucking hilarious last night.

in the MLS last night, Philadelphia won 3-1.

on the DVR tonight will be Smackdown, Room 104, Real Time with Bill Maher, The Go-Go's and Ex Machina. i'll watch 205 Live sometime tonight on WWE Network.

i'll probably watch some more NBA tonight, along with the MLS game between Orlando and LAFC.

i will probably be on here tomorrow after the Rangers first game of the playoffs against Carolina.

i hope everyone has a great weekend.

i'm off to go make dinner and hopefully have a nice evening of watching sports and some other shit.
