so, mom and i had biscuits and gravy for breakfast this morning. my sister had left some biscuits in the freezer the last time she was here. so, i thought i better use them finally, and we had one thing of sausage gravy left. we can't have this as often as we used to as there is too much sodium in the whole meal. but, it was good. after that, i knew Barcelona and Atletico Madrid was playing, so i found that on ESPN+. and the old tricks till works. anytime i need some sleep, i put on a soccer match between two teams i don't care about. sure enough, i got a good two hour nap in. works like a charm.
the Dayton Flyers lost at Saint Louis yesterday, 72-61. Dayton didn't shoot worth a fuck and didn't play defense worth a fuck either. that's a bad combo if you actually want to win.
the NHL All Star game yesterday was pretty good.
i did put out some better salt on the driveway yesterday. all the guy that mom paid did was get most of the snow off and didn't do that well either. i know damn sure we will never use him again. i'm hoping the salt will do most of the work for me as it gets a little warmer here. i need to go down and see if we got a Sunday paper today or not. the dumb fucks for the city of Brookville plowed the roads like they didn't know where the curbs were. everything is piled up so it is nearly impossible to get to the mailboxes or the paper slots. brilliant as usual.

so, my day started off with waking up way too fucking early. i decided fuck it, i might as well watch the draws for the Champions League and Europa League. Manchester United got Granada in the Europa League next. they should win over them, but i have said that plenty over the last few years only to see them lose... the Champions League quarterfinals are going to be fun to watch.
March Madness did not disappoint last night with the First Four.
Vice News Tonight had another great week of shows.
NXT UK was really good last night. the one thing i will have to get used to on Peacock is watching wrestling with commercials again.
both episodes of The Unicorn last night served as the season finale. both were hilarious.
Cake was fucking weird and funny last night.
Desus & Mero was great last night. hopefully, Mero beats his battle with COVID.

i got my order from Topps.com today. i am fucking thrilled with it.
i guess the physical therapist told my mother today to not go to the funeral on Monday. i agree with the therapist. my mother's blood pressure was high this morning after taking a shower. a trip down nostalgia lane isn't going to do her any good. so, i'm going to tell my sister that she's going for all of us. that should be a fun conversation.
