i grew up in a house that whether i liked it or not, i was going to listen to Tina Turner's music. now, i didn't mind her music as i liked it and i found her to be a very beautiful woman. i was in the ice cream aisle of Kroger today when my phone started going nuts. i must have got about 40 notices at once. all of them were about Tina Turner dying at the age of 83. part of me was stunned. part of me immediately started playing her music in my head. she was an absolute legend and will be missed by millions. goodbye to the queen of rock and roll.
Deadliest Catch was really good last night.
NXT was good last night.
and now some of this and that:
i'm pretty sure i will watch some of the NHL playoff game tonight.
the grocery shopping went pretty good today. it was pretty warm today, so at least i remembered to put on some sunscreen.
i need to go figure out dinner so that's all for me kids.
i should be on here tomorrow in the morning, before my mother has her appointment with her foot doctor.
until tomorrow kids...
