i guess i needed some sleep...

 i woke up after my usual 4 hours of sleep this morning and got going with my day. made some coffee, checked some emails, fed the birds, etc. after i had breakfast and listened to a podcast, i went out to my massage chair. i got an ice pack as my back has been killing me for days now. so, i woke up sometime around 2 this afternoon. so, there's another 4 hours of sleep. i guess i was tired...

so, i started yesterday in a pretty good mood. that lasted until the 4th quarter of the New Orleans Saints game. they pissed away an 11 point lead over the Giants and lost in overtime to a shitty team, 26-21. that one will be a loss that will haunt them the rest of the season.

the Yankees won yesterday over Tampa, 1-0. i'm not sure why they dared Aaron Judge to beat them in the bottom of the 9th, but thankfully those arrogant fucks did. Aaron got the hit and Tyler Wade scored from 3rd to send the Yankees to the playoffs. they will play tomorrow night in Boston. if they win that, they will start a series down in that fucking dump in Tampa.

the season finale of Billions yesterday was great. can't wait for season 6 to start in January.

American Rust was excellent last night.

BMF was good last night.

Heels was fucking great last night. the season finale is next week.

Scenes From a Marriage was amazing last night. the finale is next week.

Axios was pretty good last night.

i will probably watch a little of the NFL game tonight between the Chargers and Raiders. crazy to see that both head coaches went to Dayton for college.

i wrote 4 poems today. those are the first poems of October for me. i would love to get a few more written and get some submissions out in the next few days.
