i heard back from Tasha at In Between Hangovers on my recent poetry submission. my poems "that bridge in brooklyn", "eyes that could melt any soul", "in the name of the lord", "one of these mass shootings", "the wrong color to be called a terrorist" and "dead on the bathroom floor" have been accepted for publication.
