 so, the Yankees got rained out last night. they will play Game 5 this afternoon. whoever wins will play tomorrow in Houston to start the ALCS.

the New York Rangers won last night over Anaheim, 6-4. 

Monday Night Raw was good last night.

The Voice was very good last night.

Avenue 5 was hilarious last night.

The Vow was excellent last night.

the NBA season starts tonight. i might watch some of that. the 76ers play the Celtics and the Warriors play the Lakers.

i did catch a little of the MLS playoffs last night.

i should be on here tomorrow after Manchester United plays. i will hopefully get the grocery shopping done before that happens.

basically today has been an early glimpse of winter. snow showers (very light, no accumulation), no fucking sun and people who can't fucking drive.

i did get mom to physical therapy this afternoon. after she was done with that, we went to the DMV to renew her handicapped placards. she was amazed at how the new place looks. thankfully, it wasn't busy.

at some point tonight i'll get all the trash picked up and ready to go out. i have dinner all planned out, so hopefully the rest of the day goes smoothly.

 so, Gerrit Cole did what an ace is supposed to do last night. he pitched 7 innings, allowing 2 runs and striking out 8. amazingly, Aaron Boone used his bullpen correctly last night and the Yankees won, 4-2. that forces a Game 5 tonight back in the Bronx. hopefully, the Yankees will score early and often and make the game a laugher. now, i know that probably won't happen, but i do hope they win. whoever wins will play in the ALCS at Houston.

the New Orleans Saints lost yesterday at home to the Bengals, 30-26. the Saints have so many injuries on offense. it started to really show in the second half. all the Saints needed to do was get one first down when they needed one, and they couldn't. i knew right then and there, the Bengals were going to win the game. 

i did catch some of the MLS playoffs yesterday. hopefully, i will catch some of the games tonight.

Last Week Tonight was BRILLIANT as usual.

Power Book III: Raising Kanan was excellent last night. the season finale is next week.

i didn't get to bed last night until 5 this morning. nothing quite like the joys of insomnia. now, when i am writing, i don't mind it. but, staring at a blank page for hours and nothing shows up... now it becomes a problem.

i should be on here tomorrow after i get back from taking mom to physical therapy.
