welcome to the weekend...

so, last night was a long one. i ended up watching all of that concert last night for the FireAid in Los Angeles. it was amazing.

before that, mom and i watched Georgie & Mandy's First Marriage. that was funny.

we also watched The Wild Robot last night as mom has mentioned more than once she wanted to see that. i thought it was ok.

i did go to Kroger today to pick up some pills. we had a dense as fuck fog last night into this morning. thankfully, by the time i went to Kroger it had mostly gone away.

enjoy some music:

and now some of this and that:

on the DVR tonight will be Smackdown and Real Time with Bill Maher.

the Dayton Flyers play tonight at Saint Louis. i'm hoping Dayton plays better and actually wins tonight.

i will probably be on here tomorrow after i make a trip to the bank to make a deposit.

i know i will be on here before the New York Rangers play and definitely before i get ready to watch the Royal Rumble tomorrow night.

i hope everyone has a great weekend.

finally, January is close to being over. if this month is a sign of things to come, 2025 is going to be a year of chaos, death and a ton of poems being written by me.

until tomorrow kids...

as i age, tragedy hits a little different...

i went to bed last night before 3 AM. i was up today before 7. as soon as i saw my phone lighting up, i knew there was some updates on the plane crash from last night. as i read the updates, all i could think is people wonder why i don't fly.

death no longer shocks me. it may sadden me, or at times give me a pause. but, i am completely desensitized from death. i suppose it comes from being old enough to know that everyone is going to die. one way or another, no one gets out alive. i can't imagine the feeling of having a child die in a plane crash, or dying with your whole family on the plane. i'm pretty sure, i never want that feeling. i'm bound to write some poems about this. i have no fucking clue what those poems will be like.

Manchester United won today in Romania, 2-0. they finished in the top 8 of the Europa League, which means they advance right to the knockout round.

AEW Dynamite was ok last night.

Abbott Elementary was very good last night.

Inside the NFL was good last night.
