one of those days where i wish i could sleep it all away...

 the weather was pretty close to perfect today. not much humidity, it was in the upper 70's, plenty of sunshine. i even got a good nap in this afternoon. it was 45 minutes long, i wish it was longer.

the New York Yankees got the sweep yesterday at the Reds, winning 4-1. they are off tonight and start a series tomorrow night at home against Baltimore.

 most of the time with my bad back, a little ice and a nap will do the trick. and of course, on the day i need to be on the go and ready, my bad back has decided it wants to be an attention whore. fucking great.
