i pulled an all-nighter...

 so, my luck has been incredibly shitty here lately, so i decided to pull an all-nighter last night. i wrote a poem around 2:30 in the morning and when i went to type it up, my thumb drive fucking broke on me. of course, my arthritic hands dropped it. that thing has the last decade of my poems on it. so, when i put it back together and saw that it still worked, i decided to retire it. also, i couldn't find the cap for it, so i put it in a bag so it would at least be away from dust and dirt. as for the poem, i love it. hopefully, i'll squeeze a couple more from this rock and get some submissions out there.

gambling was incredibly hard yesterday. i missed two fucking parlays by 1 3 pointer and by .5 points. that was the difference between nothing and $75. hence, the all-nighter. i figure if the kicks to the dick continue tonight, time for a shave, haircut, whatever voodoo i need to do to turn the fucking worm.

the Grammys last night were good. i watched most of the show. hell, i even knew most of the performers.

Murder in Big Horn was so sad to watch last night. it always sickens me how the United States have treated Native Americans.

The Last of Us was really good last night.

the New York Knicks won last night at home against Philadelphia, 108-97. that was one of the few picks i got right last night.

 right as i was going to start writing this blog, the breaking news came across that Pele has died. needless to say, he was one of the greatest to EVER play soccer. i have seen the old tapes of him playing, and he simply put, was a fucking genius. i know a nation is weeping and millions of fans are as well. rest in peace, Pele. you have earned ever single word of praise and then some.

now, let's get to what happened yesterday.

team USA lost yesterday at the World Juniors to Slovakia, 6-3. they play Switzerland today in a game they really need to win.

the Dayton Flyers won last night at home over Duquesne, 69-57.

AEW Dynamite last night was excellent.

i did go to Big Lots today and found some cards. i got 4 packs of baseball cards, two packs of basketball cards and one pack of football cards. i got some really nice hits including some great rookie cards, a couple numbered cards and one autographed card. i think it was a well spent $45.

i should be on here tomorrow in the morning. i think the monsoon starts tonight. it looks like it is going to rain for days. at least, it certainly fucking feels like it.

 i didn't sleep well last night. i think i must have fallen asleep in my bed with my neck in some crazy ass position. when i got up at 5 to piss, my neck was killing me. so, i went and got some ice and tried to sleep in my massage chair. broken at best...
