i guess January is back again

there's nothing quite like going outside in the morning wearing a t-shirt and shorts because it was 50 degrees yesterday and then suddenly realizing, oh fuck, it feels like it's 15 degrees now. i made sure to put on some sweatpants when i went back outside to get the trash cans. i guess winter wants to come out and play again. well, all i have to say to that is:

when i saw that Charles Cooke wasn't going to play for the Dayton Flyers last night, i feared the worst. and then i suddenly remembered that St. Bonaventure sucks at guarding the 3 point line. Dayton did a great job on defense and simply found a way last night without their best player to defeat St. Bonaventure 90-74. i was so happy that they won this game. it now sets up a HUGE game against Rhode Island at home on Friday.

i'm not sure what the fuck the New York Rangers were doing last night. it looked like they might have still been enjoying celebrating the new year. Buffalo outplayed them most of the fucking game. the Rangers lost 4-1. they play again tonight in Philadelphia. hopefully they are pissed off and determined to get that shitty taste out of their mouths.

Smackdown was excellent last night. i can't imagine it not beating Monday Night Raw in the ratings again this week. i enjoyed nearly all 2 hours of it.

205 Live was great as well last night. Tajiri being back will be fun. and i'll never tire of Neville just beating the shit out of guys.

enjoy some music:

and now some of this and that:

on the DVR tonight will be Vice News Tonight, Lucha Underground and Total Divas. i'll watch NXT sometime tonight on WWE Network.

team USA takes on Russia this afternoon in the World Juniors. that's the reason i wanted to get this blog done before the game. if the USA loses, i'll be too fucking pissed to do anything.

i did listen to the latest Jim Norton and Sam Roberts podcast today. if you need a good laugh, do yourself a favor and listen to it. you can find it by going here:

hard to believe The Doors debut album came out 50 years ago today.

i'm not sure when i'll be on here tomorrow. i do have some things i need to get done (post office, grocery store, bank) and since i'm going to be up before the crack of dawn... if everything goes as planned (i hear the laughter as well), i'll be on here sometime in the afternoon.

be well. be creative. be cool. be quick to send me CASH, panties, hate mail, love letters, broken promises and dirty pennies from heaven.

peace and chicken grease...
